Astro Development

Over the next few months, we will be commencing a project to develop an all-weather Astro facility on the school grounds. This will include a pitch, track, lights and a ball wall. In order to raise money, we are having a Family Friendly Fundraiser Night at the Dogs on Friday June 9th at Newbridge Greyhound stadium. All are welcome on the night. Tickets cost €15 and every ticket sold will be entered into a draw for the great prize of €1000. All support for this project would be greatly appreciated. Tickets can be purchased online on our website or at school reception from Monday March 6th. Further details in relation to the actual night will be announced closer to the time. World Book Day and Book Fair

World Book Day is Thursday 2nd March. Children can dress up as a character from their favourite book. There will be spot prizes on the day.
Book Fair-27th-31st March: The Book Fair will be open every day from 1:30 to 3:00 in the school hall. A large percentage of the book sales goes towards new books for our school library.

Enrolment 2023/2024

Enrolment forms  can be completed by downloading the applicable form below, filling it in and emailing it to enrolment@scoilbhrideps.com or info@scoilbhrideps.com.

We also accept the forms by post. The address is Scoil Bhríde, Killane, Edenderry, Co. Offaly R45X951. Alternatively you can drop the form to our school reception between 9:30am and 3:00pm Monday – Friday. Please ensure all relevant documentation is included with the enrolment form.

APPLICATION DATES FOR SPRAOI CLASSES (JUNIOR INFANT MAINSTREAM CLASSES)

The school will commence accepting applications for admission on 5th January 2023
The school shall cease accepting applications for admission on 26th January 2023
The date by which applicants will be notified of the decision on their application is 16th February 2023
The period within which applicants must confirm acceptance of an offer of admission is 23rd February 2023

 

APPLICATION DATES FOR SONAS CLASSES (ASD PRIMARY SPECIAL CLASSES)

The school will commence accepting applications for admission to the special class on 5th January 2023
The school shall cease accepting applications for admission to the special class on 9th February 2023 @10.00am
The date by which applicants will be notified of the decision on their application for admission to the special class is 2nd March 2023
The period within which applicants must confirm acceptance of an offer of admission is 9th March 2023

The school will begin to accept enrolment application forms for the 2023/24 school year on January 5th 2023.
